PT Jhonlin Agro Raya was established based on Notarial Deed number 28 dated 30 April 2014 of Muhammad Hanafi, S.H. This Deed of Establishment has been approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with Decree number AHU-15101.40.10.2014 dated June 25, 2014 with registration number 4014062563103940. In accordance with Article 3 of the Company's Articles of Association, the Company's scope of activities includes business in the plantation sector. , trade, industry, land transportation and services. The company owns an area of ​​20,000 hectares of oil palm plantations in accordance with the Decree of the Governor of South Kalimantan Number 188.48/136/DPMPTSP/III/2017 dated March 8, 2017 concerning the issuance of location permits for oil palm plantations located in Tanah Bumbu Regency and Kotabaru Regency, South Kalimantan Province.
