Brief of Company Background
The company was established in 1973, and has a primary business in the hotel and tourism industry. The company has five star hotel located on 1.3 Ha land in the prime business district in Surabaya, East Java began its commercial operation in 1979. Since 1994, the company also leases 12 service apartments to business community, most of them are foreigner. In 2000, management announced a refocusing of the company’s operations from the hotel business to the oil and natural gas industry, which according to management, offered brighter prospects. This shift in operations will put the company in a more competitive position.
