Brief of Company Background

The Company was established on 1 June 2010 as ‘PT M Cash Integrasi’ in Jakarta, pursuant to the Deed of Establishment of a Limited Liability Company under the name ‘PT M Cash Integrasi’ No. 1 dated 1 June 2010, drawn up before Ukon Krisnajaya, SH, SpN, Notary in Jakarta. This deed of establishment was ratified by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with the Decree No. AHU-29342.AH.01.01. in 2010 on 9 June 2010 and registered in the Company Register No. AHU-0043403.AH.01.09. in 2010 on 9 June 2010.

​In accordance with article 3 of its Articles of Association as stipulated in the Deed of Statement of Resolutions of the Shareholders of PT M Cash Integrasi No. 72, dated 11 August 2017 drawn up before Dr. Irawan Soerodjo, S.H., M.Si., Notary in Jakarta, for which the notification of the amendment of the Articles of Association was received and registered on the database of Sisminbakum of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, through Decree No. AHU-0016536.AH.01.02. On 11 August 2017, the intention and purpose as well as the main
business activity of the Company is to engage in general trading (Main distributor) of merchandise and management consultancy services in the field of information technology.

​Since its establishment, the Company has undergone one name change to PT M Cash Integrasi Tbk. This change was based on the Deed of Statement of Shareholders’ Resolutions of PT M Cash Integrasi Tbk No. 72, dated August 11, 2017, executed before Dr. Irawan Soerodjo, S.H., M.Si., a Notary in Jakarta. The amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association was accepted and approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights through Ministerial Decree (“SK”) No. AHU-0016536.AH.01.02.Tahun 2017, dated August
11, 2017. The name change from the previous PT M Cash Integrasi was made due to the Company’s transition to a publicly listed company.

​Neither the Company nor its Subsidiaries experienced any significant changes to their business activities in 2024.
