Brief of Company Background

The company has been established since 1978 under the name PT Asuransi Agung Asia, in November 1989 changed its name to PT Asuransi SUMMA and changed again in July 1993 with the name PT Asuransi Umum Centris. In August 2010, all shares and management of the company were taken over by a large group of companies under the VICTORIA banner - and the company name was changed to PT Victoria Insurance. 

The Victoria Group is a national investment holding company with a portfolio of businesses including financial services, banking, agriculture, plantations etc. In 2013 the Company's Head Office occupied a new building, The Victoria Building. In July 2013 there was an increase in paid-up capital to Rp 100 billion. In 2015 there was a change in the Company's status to become a Public Company, and the company planned an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

The Company provides general insurance services, both standard and special programs, including insurance: fire, motor vehicle, sea transportation, engineering, surety bond, to customers including: multi-finance, banking, local government, state-owned enterprises, private and individuals.
