Brief of Company Background
PT SUPER ENERGY Tbk., located in South Jakarta, was founded as PT Super Energy as stated in Akta Pendirian No. 55 dated 31 May. It was then announced in Berita Negara Republik Indonesia No. 54370 Year 2012 with Tambahan Berita No. 77 date 25 September 2012 ("Perseroan")
Since 2011, Perseroan is a holding company for subsidiaries such as PT Bahtera Abadi Gas and PT Gasuma Federal Indonesia. Perseroan is engaged in the field of oil and gas as a producer and distributor.
Since inception, Perseroan -through its subsidiaries- have been operating in site plants in Tuban and Gresik (East Java), employing around 220 workers who convert natural gas into various products such as Lean Gas, Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG), Condensate, and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG). These products are ISO9001:2008 certified (Tuv Nord Indonesia). We plan to expand our business into remote areas in Indonesia according to our vision and mission as a respectable and environmentally friendly oil and gas company.
