Jakarta - PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk targets the Hyperscale Data Center project to start operations in the second quarter of this year.

"Currently, the project is still in the completion stage of the first phase," said VIP Investor Relations Telkom Andi Setiawan in his statement to the Exchange on Friday (21/1).

He added that Telkom Group is currently consolidating its data center business in stages. In the first stage, consolidation was carried out for Telkom Group data center assets located in the domestic area to be transferred to PT Sigma Tata Sadaya (STS).

Telkom will also conduct further studies related to the consolidation of Telkom Group data center assets located in the region.

The company has taken over STS with direct ownership, considering that previously STS was an indirect subsidiary of the company through PT Multimedia Nusantara and PT Sigma Cipta Caraka.
