Brief of Company Background
Established since 1997, and changed to PT. BENTENG API TECHNIC or also called BAT REFRACTORIES in 2004 is a Fire Brick, Fire Cement and Monolithic Refractory Manufacturer Company which includes Castable Refractory, Plastic Refractory, Refractory Mortar and others, also a specialist in Engineering and Contractors in the field of Refractory and Insulation
In maintaining the quality of products and services "BAT Refractories" refers to the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System which has been upgraded to ISO 9001: 2015
In order to ensure Occupational Safety and Health in the company environment, BAT Refractories has been certified SMK3 and CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System) for High Risk work types. In addition, the company also plays a role in maintaining environmental stability by referring to ISO 14001: 2015.
Established incorporated in 1998 in the Free-trade Zone of Bintan, Riau Province, Indonesia, PT Pelayaran Nasional Bina Buana Raya (BBR) started its operations as a shipping agency company.
With respect to Indonesia's Cabotage Principle, domestic sea-borne transportation of various key specified categories of goods such as coal, granite, sand, and more commodities in general is to be undertaken by Indonesian-flagged vessels.
With the implementation of the cabotage principle since 2005, the Company then started acquiring and operating its own fleet of vessels.
In 2013, the Company become Public Company and listed all of the Company's shares (Company Listing) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on January 9, 2013.
Currently The Company conduct business activities in the services sector on Rental service Offshore Support Vessel needed in the offshore oil and gas industry services and rental of Self Propelled Barge vessels weighing 5,024 gross tonnage.
