PT Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) recorded a consolidated sales and revenue growth of around 35% to Rp640.6 billion in the first quarter of 2021 compared to the same period last year.

Revenue from KIJA's Land Development & Property business pillar recorded an increase of 116% to Rp257.8 billion from Rp119.6 billion. The strong sales of land lots that jumped to Rp 154.8 billion from Rp 35.1 billion supported most revenue.

Revenue from the Infrastructure pillar increased 7% to Rp357.6 billion from Rp333.5 billion. The main contributor to this increase came from Bekasi Power with revenue of Rp17.7 billion because more power plants operated in the first quarter of this year compared to the same period last year.

The KIJA Leisure & Hospitality pillar also strengthened around 22% to Rp25.1 billion, which occurred in all segments, especially golf and tourism. The golf segment contributed 65 percent to the total revenue of the Leisure & Hospitality pillar
