Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is currently monitoring the price developments and stock transaction activities of PT Indo Pureco Pratama Tbk (IPPE).

"There has been an increase in the price and activity of IPPE's share transactions that are out of the ordinary compared to the previous period (unusual market activity or UMA)," said IDX Transaction Supervision Division Head Lidia M Panjaitan in Jakarta on Thursday (17/2).

In connection with the UMA, IDX expects investors to pay attention to the listed company's response to the exchange's confirmation request and to pay close attention to its performance and information disclosure.

In addition, investors should review the company's corporate action plan if the plan has not received approval from the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).
