Mitra Adiperkasa Plans to Transfer 60 Million Shares of Buyback Shares


Jakarta - PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAPI) plans to transfer shares from the share buyback.

MAPI Director Susiana Latif said the number of shares to be sold was 60.386 million shares.

"The calculation of the number of shares resold has adjusted to the nominal price of the new shares based on the stock split that has been carried out by the company," said Susiana through information disclosure on Thursday (18/11).

The implementation period of the transfer is from November 16, 2021, to November 16, 2022. There was no share transferred from November 16, 2020, to November 16, 2021 period.

"Thus, we are extending the period of fulfillment of the obligation to transfer shares from the company's share repurchase," he added.

MAPI entrusted BRI Danareksa Sekuritas to transfer the shares.
